Greenplease is a mobilizing platform designed to empower people with enough collective authority to pressure corporations to reduce their ecological footprints. It’s also a network, where people can take a stand, show their green commitments, and (why not) spark revolutions !
The driving force of Greenplease is the weight of numbers. If we decide to collectively boycott corporations and ban products and behaviors, it is very unlikely that our demands will go unnoticed !
Greenplease Boycotts are temporary actions to pressure corporations to make specific changes in order to reduce their eco-footprints, rethink their business mindsets, or responsibly use resources.
Greenplease bans are aimed at specific products or behaviors that are considered irremediably unsustainable. They cannot target corporations or organizations.
Of course ! If you think that a local boycott or ban would be more successful written in another language, do not hesitate to do so.
City Turfs are like Big Turfs, but are designed for City Councils and their citizens. They are like public hearings accessible to all and open 24/7.
Greenplease Gatherings are informal get-togethers. Nothing is expected. Nothing is required. There are no shows, no agendas... Just people enjoying themselves in the park while proudly wearing their nicest green oufits. Every Saturday afternoon, to show the world we care.
City Turfs and Greenplease Gatherings will be launched as soon as Greenplease reaches a minimal viable population.
The best way to have an immediate impact on Greenplease’s success is to take a stand and spread the word: signup, petition your friends and corporations to do the same.
